I’m Nat, and I welcome you whole-heartedly to my creative psychotherapy practice: Creative Relational Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Tacoma, WA. It is my privilege to offer both individual and relational therapeutic services to children, teens and adults. I believe in the healing power of relationships - the ones we have with ourselves, with other people and creatures, and with our environments. Through my work as therapist, I intend to help others access self-compassion, empathy, and connection to others. Creativity is central to my approach to therapy, often present in the form of artmaking, play, or conversation where you can tune into your creative mind to find a way forward through pain, stagnation, or fear.
